1971 Designed and delivered for the US State Department Offsets Program a development program and equipment for analysis, expansion and integration of aquaculture in Spain.

1976 AS BP/S Industries Inc. designed and implemented an analysis and development plan for a Manila clam and Pacific oyster farm in Southern Puget Sound.

1977-2009 Purchased and developed Little Skookum Shellfish Growers.

1980-1987 As Little Skookum Shellfish Grower Div BP/S Industries Inc. Designed and created the modern hatchery seeded commercial Manila clam industry, raised sustained production by a factor of 10 over wild capture harvest

1986 As BP/S Industries Inc., designed IFQ shrimp farm for Pacific Coast of Columbia (Tumaco) for Woodside Investment Corp.

1988-1995 Doctoral Studies in Physical Oceanography Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA.

1995-2000 Senior Scientist, Battelle Marine Sciences Laboratory Sequim. Aquaculture Projects in UAE, Mediterranean and Black Sea.

2001 As BP/S Industries Inc., designed improved, high efficiency FLUPSIE for use in shallow water.

2001-2003 As Olympic Aquaventures Inc. Designed integrated hatchery/grow out facility for Black Cod in the Straits of Juan de Fuca.

2002-2010 Marketing and Technology director Little Skookum Shellfish growers LLC.

2003-2007 Started Olympic Aquafarms/BP/S Industries Inc. and developed closed cycle Black Cod farm ; got Washington State Farm License and grew pilot crop from fingerlings to market size sold portion of crop and retained rest for brood stock; Sold fish in 2007 to Trout Lodge.

2005 designed and installed complete modern clam processing/packing facility at Little Skookum Shellfish Growers LLC from Italian technology

2008 Olympic Aquafarms helped Omani Sea vegetables to start up closed cycle sea vegetable farm Sequim WA.

2009-2010 Developed and brought to market 3 value added Manila clam products for Little Skookum Shellfish Growers LLC
